MentorMe
Community Guidelines
MentorMe is a private network built on trust, discretion, and professional respect. These standards apply to profiles, rooms, Townhall posts, events, and sessions.
Respect every member
Communicate in good faith. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexual content, and unwanted sexual conduct are prohibited.
Adults only
MentorMe is only for members who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. Accounts belonging to anyone younger will be closed.
Keep the network useful
Do not post spam, scams, deceptive claims, or unsolicited promotions. Do not use the network for solicitation outside agreed mentorship sessions or repeatedly contact someone who has declined an introduction.
Keep payments protected
Members may not request off-platform payment for sessions arranged through MentorMe. Report any request to move a session payment outside the approved booking flow.
Report and block
Use the member safety menu on a profile, Registry card, Network connection, message, or Townhall item to report a concern. Blocking immediately prevents further contact and removes that member from your Registry, Network, and rooms. When you report from a chat, the reported message and up to 10 messages before it are shared with the MentorMe safety team — staff cannot otherwise read your conversations.
Review and enforcement
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Depending on severity or repeated violations, MentorMe may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or permanently ban a member. Serious safety concerns may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
